Teamwork

I have a great "team-building" idea. It goes way beyond simply reading and discussing a book. It steps beyond the bounds of playing some simple game or sharing a little about ourselves to one another. It doesn't involve standing with our backs to the group and falling limply into their arms.

Oh no.

What I have in mind defies all of the "traditional" group activities that corporate America tries to convince us actually help us interact with one another. This revolutionary idea of mine is simple in nature, but extremely complex to successfully execute. It doesn't involve any props or books.

In order to pull your employees together and have them operate as a team, you simply have to the following:
