Does anyone else ever find themselves reminded of a cartoon character by someone they have seen on television or in person? If so, who was it and what character did they remind you of?

Everytime I see Melanie Streeper from Fox2, I am instantly reminded of a certain cartoon character. Her head seems a bit too large for her body, or else her neck is just too small. The fact that she has some fairly large eyes and always seems to move with stiff unnatural movements probably just adds to this perception.
