In case you didn't know, Al Sharpton is still on the campaign trail to take the White House by storm in November.
As stated in this article:
"For the others, once their funds dry up it becomes too much of a hard slog," said Charles Halloran, campaign manager for Sharpton, whose campaign had $1,039 in the bank at the end of January, debts of nearly $500,000 and unpaid staff salaries dating back to May. "Our campaign can continue with just a few dollars. It's not like turning a battleship," Halloran said. "We've got a few offices and a handful of committed staff. As long as he's standing and speaking, he will continue to campaign."
It's nice to know that a candidate who wants to be in charge of a country has his house in order. Geesh. Figure it out people, If you can't balance a budget that is under a million dollars, you shouldn't be aspiring to grab the reigns of trillions. Not that anyone else has quite figured out how to balance the national budget, but I don't want greasy Sharpton to have that shot... Yikes!
Word of advice to Sharpton and Kucinich:
Know when to say when... It's time to bow out and fade into oblivion.
