Cards Get Reshuffled

The Cardinals have added some old friends back into the lineup this year.
Welcome back to Ray Lankford, Alan Benes and John Mabry, who are finding themselves back where they began.
That's right!
This summer you might once again have the chance to see "Special K Ray" stand at the plate in a critical moment and watch the baseball fly past into the cather's mitt. Far too many times over the years did I stare in awe as the man either did not swing at a pitch across the center of the plate or take a half-hearted, weak-kneed hack at a pitch that he knew would be sending him back to the bench.

The man has virtually as many hits as strikeouts throughout his career, and he hasn't played in 100 games or more since way back in 2000. It's a good thing the Cards are looking at him to be a vital part of our Championship run...

I screamed when I heard we kept the "K-Man" and traded Brian Jordan.
Then I cheared when we finally dumped Lankford.
And now he's back like a bad penny.

Maybe I am wrong about Ray. Hopefully he will have a good season. If not, I told you so.
